5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once — per account.
• Withdrawal is not possible before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• A withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned using a bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

a99bed's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, Platinum: up to 0.8%.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on a99bed are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be found on the relevant game page.

6.1 Game Results

• All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results are final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant round will be considered void.
